Storage begets Backup. These two ‘items’ go hand in hand and it is not possible to address one without addressing the other. Assiette are able to provide assistance in reviewing backup procedures, methodologies and solutions that compliment the client's operating environment and goals. We offer consultancy on ‘standard’ disc to tape as well as Disc-to-Disc (D2D) and Disc-to-Disc-to-Tape (D2D2T) solutions.

Having addressed both storage and its successful backup, clients will be just one short step away from implementing the beginnings of a Disaster Recovery (DR) solution - the final part of the Trilogy. Assiette can assist in realising this step by providing for Co-Location, Data Replication, Server Imaging and Email Archiving etc. In addition to the technical/IT aspects of DR we also have experience in providing consultancy for the ‘clerical’ side of DR. This includes such areas as internal procedures, and DR team building and so on.
